Candle Care

Each candle is hand poured with love and infused with crystals and herbs. To get the most out of your candle you will need to give your candle a little extra love by following the instructions below.
-Trim your wick before lighting
-When burning your candle for the first time allow the wax to melt until it reaches the edge before blowing it out.
-Trim your wick as required to avoid mushrooming of the wick.
-Always keep your candle burning in a safe place and avoid putting it near flammable objects.
-Do not leave it unattended.
-With the taller ritual candles, you may like to place them in a small bowl of cool water.

 

Why do we use crystals?

All crystals have various energies and properties. Promoting love and feelings, aiding with anxiety, benefiting your mental, physical and emotional state are just a few of the qualities of crystals. Please view each crystal listing for a more in depth description of each individual crystal's benefits. 

 

A bit about essential oils. 

Some essential oils can be uplifting, others promote calmness and safety. The benefits of essential oils are wide and fleeting depending on the oil.   The oils are absorbed via the smell receptors, this is why the oils can have a powerful effect can have a powerful effect when used in your rollers, sprays or in a diffuser.

At Rituals with Love we only use high grade essential oils.

How long until my order is dispatched?

All items are made by hand in small batches. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be dispatched.

During peak times please allow up to 14 business days. This is so we can ensure each product receives adequate love and devotion.

Australian wide shipping can take 2-10 business days. Peak times standard can take up to 14 business days. International shipping can take 2-3 weeks.

*All items purchased from Rituals + Co. are packaged with care and love, however packages can be damaged during transit. For any breakages or order queries please contact us at ritualswithlove@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.

 

My item is damaged, what do I do?

We wrap all of your items as well as we can, unfortunately accidents can happen after it leaves our warehouse. If your items arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at ritualswithlove@gmail.com and someone from our team will be in touch with you within 1-3 business days to offer a resolution. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. 

 

I sent an email but have no received a response. 

Due to being a small business with a small team we are only able to check and respond to emails on Monday Wednesday and Fridays. Please be patient and a member of our team will be in touch with you as soon as they can. 

 

Can I contact you via Instagram?

Due to high volumes, we cannot answer all DMs. Please send all enquiries through our website or directly to our email info@ritualsandco.com. 

*We will try to answer our DMs, but due to the volume of messages we receive emails are preferable and guaranteed to be answered in due time. 

 

Do you have Afterpay?

Yes! We offer Afterpay. You can select this payment option at checkout. 

 

How do I know what size ring I am?

Each ring listing has a chart in the description for your convenience. Alternatively, you can usually visit any jewellery store in your local area for a fitting. 

 

How often do you restock?

We make and restock our products on a weekly basis. Please follow our IG for stock updates.
